Why did I write this book?
My personal journey of continual transformation through yoga and meditation has helped me move from a state of anxiety and overwhelm to a place of peace and power. In sharing my practice with the thousands of people I’ve worked with, I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing their powerful transformations. The amazing results I’ve seen in my clients inspired me to share this with more people. I was compelled to compile all the information and experience I'd gained into an inspiring resource that people can call on for comfort, motivation and guidance on the journey. I wrote this book to guide people through the steps to a deeper, more meaningful, and fulfilling life.
