Tuesday: 12:30-1:30pm Non-Heated Vinyasa
(A Vigorous Movement-Based Practice to strengthen and open the body)
Wednesday: 6:00-7:00am Heated Vinyasa & 7:30-8:30am Non-Heated Vinyasa
(Heated Classes are Typically 28-30 degrees Celsius)
Saturday: 4:00-5:30pm Vinyasa to Yin
(50-minute Vinyasa practice to invigorate the body followed by 40 minutes of long-held floor stretches to calm the mind)
Teacher Training
I absolutely LOVE guiding aspiring teachers and yoga lovers to find their voice in the classroom.
In 2007 I co-created my first 200-Hour Teacher Training with Yoga Effects in Midtown Manhattan. In 2008 I founded the B Yoga NYC Teacher Training Program, which included 200-Hour, 300-Hour, Prenatal and Therapeutic Trainings. From 2009-2020 I led multiple Teacher Training Courses for Yoga Works in NYC, STL, Pittsburg and Brisbane.
I now have the privilage of co-leading teacher trainings at Modern Movement Yoga on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

With 25 years of experience working with countless individuals I have mastered the art of subtle support, which allows you to explore exactly what your body needs on a given day.
Incorporating breath work and mindfulness into sessions, along with modifications and the use of props, I will create a yoga experience sure to leave you feeling refreshed, empowered and inspired.

Group classes are a community experience, in which we come together to give our time, effort and attention to the practice of yoga. Within this sacred space transformation occurs in the minds, bodies and hearts of each person in the room and we start a ripple effect that creates a positive impact in the world. Through alignment-based practice, as well as vinyasa flow students develop stronger bodies, clearer minds and open hearts.
