In a world of doing, meditation can seem like a waste of time. When we are already so busy, why should we sit down and do nothing? We tell ourselves we will do it when we are less busy, but in truth the busier we are the more we need the practice of meditation to balance our lives.

In this 5-week course you will learn how to create a daily meditation practice that works for your specific mind and lifestyle to take you on the inner journey to your best self. In our weekly sessions we will practice several forms of meditation together. You will also receive the tools to build a self-practice and the support to be consistent over time.
