Week 1: Standing Tall and Walking Meditation: Learn or Sharpen Your Alignment in Standing Poses- promoting strength, good posture and confidence. Learn the simple art of walking meditation to bring mindfulness into every step.

Week 2: Get In the Flow and Connect to the Breath: Learn the best way to move your body through sun salutations. They are not one size fits all! Learn to connect your movements to your breath. Discover the power of mindful breathing meditation.

Week 3: Opening the Heart and Hips: Learn Safe variations of backbends to open your chest, shoulders and hips- promoting better breathing, and reducing back pain. Learn Metta Meditation- Opening the Heart with Lovingkindness.

Week 4: Fold Forward and Take a Seat: Learn how to safely and effectively approach forward bends to open hamstrings, hips and stretch the lower back. Learn simple postures for seated meditation and practice breath centered meditation.

Receive all 4 classes plus 4 FREE weeks of membership to Livestream Yoga (4 weekly Virtual Yoga Classes plus ALL recordings) for $67. Open to all levels.
