Flow into Stillness

In our busy lives we often miss the call to stillness that we so desperately need. When we enter the flow of breath, movement and sound, our brains, nervous systems and hearts begin to harmonize with the natural rhythm of life. Then we can easily find a way into the stillness where our minds recede into the background and we experience deep, profound peace.
In this workshop we will explore breath-centered vinyasa flow yoga in time with rhythmic sounds to invite the brain into alpha state and the body into rest mode. Then we will release into guided relaxation, followed by meditative visualization to heal the nervous system and create new neural pathways to health and wellbeing.
Open to all participants. Beginners or those with physical limitations are invited to modify or visualize movements that are inaccessible through the body.
